PROXIES

A member of the Foundation is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the Meeting instead of the member. A proxy need not be a member of the Foundation. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting please complete the Proxy Form.  To be effective, the form must be received no later than 5:00pm on the Monday 20 November 2023 at the Foundation’s Registered Office, Xavier College, 135 Barkers Road, Kew 3101 by post or email to foundation@xavier.vic.edu.au.
